At the Lifeline you can get help for many life issues

Most of us have heard of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-TALK) You most likely know that the specialists available at the hot line are trained in helping those suffering from suicidal thoughts.

But what you may not be aware of is the help that the SPLL (Suicide Prevention Life Line) has available to people dealing with other difficult life issues. The Lifeline is for anyone having an issue in their life that they feel can’t be handled on their own.

Some of the people the SPLL has helped include those dealing with Bullying, Loneliness, Substance Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Domestic violence, Rape, Economic or Family problems, Sexual Orientation, Depression, PTSD, Mental or Physical illnesses and even Economic problems.

If you, or someone you know, are dealing with a hard situation or suffering mentally, physically or emotionally; the SPLL is there 24/7 to help. Do not go through another minute dealing with a diffucult issue alone. There are trained individuals ready to help you right now at 1-800-273-TALK

As a survivor myself and I could not have gotten out of the violence I was living in, or healed from those extemely hard times, without help from others. Do not spend ANY TIME thinking about embarrassment or how your abuser will get along without you. Loving yourself and getting out of a violent, dysfunctional or abusive relationship or seeking help for suicidal thoughts, mental illness, sexual identity crisis or other emotional issues is the bravest and most important thing you can do for yourself and, possibly, your children and family.

CHANGING YOUR SITUATION IS AS EASY AS CHANGING YOUR MIND. JUST DECIDE TO ♡ LOVE ♡ YOURSELF.
